Let Chef Michael take you on a vacation around the world in just 2 hours – right here in Beavercreek!  This 5-course Chef’s menu features cuisine from around the globe.  Each item is expertly paired with the perfect wine.

Amuse Bouche

Martini Shooter – Vodka Cucumber Sorbet with a Cucumber Salad, Crème Fraiche, finished with Caviar.

Course #1 – Spain

Drunken Goat Cheese.  Paired with DOMAINE DE LA PAJOT Sauvignon Blanc, 2009

Course #2 – Thailand

Mahi Mahi in a Lavender Lemongrass Broth.  Paired with HOP KILN “Thousand Flowers” White Blend, 2008

Course #3 – Italy

Braised Celery Soup w/ Mini Manicotti.  Paired with LIVIO FELLUGA Pinot Grigio, 2007

Course #4 – Caribbean

Duo of Chicken with Papaya Rice Salad, Coconut Rice Cakes and Mango Salsa.  Paired with SEGHESIO Zinfandel, 2008

Course #5 – American Boardwalk

Adult Crème-cicle.  Paired with EROICA Riesling 2008
